These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

14.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, though we are not obligated to do so.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Adinary regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
